Nicki Minaj underwent Lasik Eye Surgery this weekend and of course was tweeing through it all. Overall the surgery was a success but apparently there was a major scare that was taken care of.

Word is that Nicki had to be rushed back into surgery after the procedure was done due to extreme swelling and bleeding. This caused some tense moments for her and her team but the docs patched her all up and she is doing and seeing fine now.

I am hearing that Nicki Minaj album will be a certified banger that will be better than Drake’s “Thank Me Later”. The barbie has said that the lyrics on this album will be to die for and not to expect much of her barbie style but that real south-side Jamaica Queens flow that we have heard in the beginning of her career.

I hear she is working with the hottest producers like Swizz Beatz and Kanye West and not many of the records we have heard will be on the album. “Your Love” was an old track that she was not going to release but her camp convinced her to do so.

Now considering she had the number rap record of the summer off a track she had not plan on releasing tells you something about the star power Nicki Minaj has. Will “Pink Friday” rival Foxy Brown and Lil Kim’s debut?
