There’s been tons of speculation as to which artists will be performing at the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama. But we can tell you for sure which artist WON’T!!

A well placed insider who claims that the Obama camp has asked Jay Z not to attend the Inauguration. The insider explained,

“Some of Jay Z’s [rap] lyrics make him a lightnig rod for criticism, that’s not what Barack Obama needs at the start of his administration … Too many people are looking for reasons to criticize Obama already, why give them more ammunition.”

We’re kinda with Obama’s folk on this one. Camel face did have some pretty reckless lyrics in the past…
