WHO SOLD THE MOST THIS WEEK!!! SOULJA BOY,KEYSHIA,JAMIE FOXX?

In this week’s Sales Wrap, Keyshia Cole rises to No. 2, Jamie Foxx’s intuition leads him to No. 3 and Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em shows signs of a sophomore jinx.

R&B superstar Keyshia Cole’s A Different Me led the way against her urban competition landing at No. 2. According to Nielsen Soundscan, Cole’s third solo release scanned 322,100 copies in its first week.

Academy Award winning singer Jamie Foxx trailed close behind as Intuition nabbed No. 3 on the charts. Foxx’s latest disc moved an impressive 265,400 units after seven days in stores.

Grammy winning singer Beyonce’s I Am…Sasha Fierce slid a couple spots to No. 5 this week selling a total of 195,400 copies. After just over a month of availability, her third album has sold a total of 1,247,900 scanned discs.

Taking a slight five-position dip this week is Kanye West’s 808s & Heartbreak, which landed at No. 11 with 138,900 records sold. Coming closer to a milli, Mr. West’s fourth disc stands at 858,800 units sold after a month in stores.

Respected soul singer Anthony Hamilton marked his return into fans’ hands as The Point Of It All debuted at No. 12. The North Carolina-bred performer’s latest offering pushed 133,600 copies its’ opening week.

Southern rap star Plies debuted this week as Da REAList was able to reach No. 14 on the charts. His third solo project was moved 114,700 after seven days in stores.

Konvict labelhead Akon’s Freedom fell 13 positions to No. 31 this week with 62,700 units sold. After three weeks in stores, the Grammy-nominated artist’s latest album rests at 236,600 scanned discs.

The self proclaimed “King of the South,” T.I., manages to continue selling records as Paper Trail dropped five spots and secured No. 35 this week with 55,400 albums sold. After 11 weeks in stores, Tip’s latest LP sits at 1,444,500 moved discs.

R&B hottie Rihanna’s Good Girl Gone Bad slipped one slot to No. 40 this week selling 49,700 copies. Still selling after 81 weeks in stores, the singer’s latest project rests at 2,174,400 albums sold.

Grammy-winning rapper Ludacris’ Theater of the Mind fell 18 spots to No. 42 with 49,100 copies sold. After a month of availability, Luda’s sixth solo project stands at 381,600 sold discs.

Teen rap star Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em’s iSouljaBoyTellem.com got off to a rough start landing at No. 43 this week. His sophomore album debuts with 45,600 scanned discs.

Rounding out the Top 50 is Lil’ Wayne’s Tha Carter III which slid two spots to No. 49 with 38,800 albums sold. With 27 weeks under his belt, Weezy’s latest disc has pushed a total of 2,817,600.
