One of our insiders caught word that rapper 50 Cent has PROPOSED to R&B singer Ciara.

Ciara and 50 Cent have been dating for almost 2 YEARS and in recent months, the couple’s relationship has ratcheted up.

Our insider told us that Ciara called her mom and closest friends last night to tell them the good news.
