The former No Limit Soldier is teaming up with Vh1 to executive produce and host No Excuses, a show that will help a gang member reform his life.

No Excuses stars Torrie Jackson, out of Los Angeles, a trite thug who needs an extra push to steer him in a positive direction. The young man’s girlfriend is the one who pleaded for help because Jackson refuses to get a legitimate job and be a positive role model for his son, so this is where Master P steps in. After completing various activities from handing out fliers in a lobster suit to cleaning kitchens, Master P begins to show Jackson the exceptional things you can do when you stop making excuses.

If anyone is worth listening to, it’s Master P! The New Orleans-born rapper is the same dude who went from rapping about how to turn powder cocaine into crack, to appearing in Dancing With the Stars and on Nickelodeon. I’m sold.

No excuses airs Tonight October 28 at 9:30 pm.
