To all of you, I was on my way to St. Louis Thursday morning and was right next to her on the train at the Airport in Atlanta. To be honest I was honored just to be next to the VERY BEAUTIFUL FANTASIA BARRION and that is is an experience that I may never have again. So what people have to say about don’t really matter, I didnt read all of them, but to see her in person just made my trip to St. Louis worth getting up at 4 in the morning.

I just watched the bio movie of this young girl’s life. I was not an American Idol fan until our hometown boy, Kris, won this week. No matter whatever happens to her, if this young woman’s walk with the Lord is real, she will continue to use her fantastic God-given voice and bless others with her talent.

You know this is so sad, we’re all God’s children, made in his image and for His purpose. I have experienced standing on the school bus so my white classmates could have a seat. Today, so many of those white classmates are dead…never lived to be as blessed as I am right now. No, I don’t have money, I work everyday, you noticed, I said “work” meaning Im blessed with a job, I’m here in front of my computer, meaning I have a roof over my head, I’m using my fingers to type this comment, meaning I have the activities of my limbs, I need to get up and go to the bathroom, meaning my body organs are still functioning. First of all, God is no respecter of persons. Second of all, we should always want the best for everyone. Third, we have a President the is not only Black but ALSO White. Is that not right?
