Jay-Z’s video for “On to the Next One” will make its premiere during “NBC’s New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly.” “The real star of any New Year’s Eve show is New York City, and Jay-Z is New York,” Daly said in a statement. “Green Day and Rihanna were already an impressive lineup, and now, with the addition of Jay-Z, it’s our most exciting lineup yet.”
We recently reported on the overseas only release of “Young Forever” and the speculation surrounding what will be his next video to hit the states. Hov announced today (December 29) that “On to the Next One” will be the next video from The Blueprint 3. Produced by Swizz Beats, the song will have the fifth video from the album. Jay will perform the song with Rihanna and a clip of the video will be aired during the special.
