50 Cent has officially hit a career low.
The G-Unit General landed on The Billboard 200 this week at the no. 5 spot—his lowest debut since 2007’s Curtis came in at second place below Kanye West’s Graduation. As expected, the disc managed to sell 159,700 units, according to the Nielsen SoundScan, marking the first time that the rap superstar failed to go gold in his first week. This number includes two weeks of digital sales on iTunes.
As previously reported, when 50 first burst onto the scene with Get Rich or Die Tryin’ in 2002 he sold 872,000 units in his first week. In 2004, his sophomore album, The Massacre, rang up over 1.15 million discs and Curtis moved close to 695,000 units.
This go-round, his album leaked almost a month in advance, which undoubtedly affected his sales.
Meanwhile further down the charts at no. 25 is the Black Eyed Peas. The group’s latest disc, The E.N.D., pulled in 31,200 units in sales this week, bringing their 25 week total to 1,387,300.
Jay-Z landed five more spots down at no. 30. Fans rang up 29,100 units of The Blueprint 3 this week, making his 11 week tally stand at 1,300,300.
Rap legend Rakim failed to break into the top 40 this week with his comeback album The Seventh Seal. The independent offering, Ra’s fist disc in 10 years, sold 11,500 units in its debut week on the charts.
Basketball star Shaquille O’Neal paid for the funeral of a 5-year-old North Carolina girl after being moved by national news coverage of the case of Shaniya Davis, who police say was kidnapped and killed.
The Cleveland Cavaliers player was touched by the stories he saw and got in touch with the family to see what he could do to help, a spokeswoman for O’Neal said Thursday.
More than 2,000 people attended the girl’s funeral Sunday. Her body was found Nov. 16 beside a rural road.
Her mother, Antionette Davis, who had reported the child missing six days earlier, is charged with human trafficking and child abuse involving prostitution. Mario McNeill is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping in the case.
“I was sitting at home watching it on the news and the story brought a tear to my eye,” O’Neal told The Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper.
Corey Breece, of Rogers and Breece Funeral Home, which handled the service, declined to tell the Fayetteville Observer newspaper how much it cost but added that a child’s funeral “averages around $4,500.”
A man who answered the phone at the funeral home Thursday told the AP that only the owner could comment and that he was away.
Shaniya Davis’ father, Bradley Lockhart, and his family had set up a trust fund in memory of Shaniya to help raise money to pay for the funeral. Lockhart was not available to talk Thursday, said a man who answered the phone at his home.
O’Neal is recovering from a shoulder injury that has sidelined him for six straight games since getting hurt Nov. 12 against Miami.

Day 26 formally announces that they’ve left his Bad Boy record label. The group has moved from Diddy’s emblem to Atlantic Records. By doing so, hopefully they’ll be able to salvage their career before their demise a la Danity Kane.
While their days with Bad Boy were numbered from the start, Willie is adamant that there’s no bad blood between the group and the powers that be.
“Bad Boy is always our family, but we’re with Atlantic right now…we really want to get people focused on the artistry, on the music. I think a lot of people lost it with the entertainment of the show. So now, we really want to show people what we’re all about, that we do our thing whether it’s on stage, in the studio, writing and producing — we do it all.”
The group isn’t looking to put an album out until sometime next year, but in the meantime, ladies can invest in their women’s shoe line. Released in September, Eight2Six shoes coincided with the groups single, “Your Heels.” The line’s first product was the “Swagga Heel” featured in three different colors and priced at $99.99.
Jay-Z loves this line, “Women Lie, men lie, numbers don’t.” It’s a cool lil slogan I guess, even though one could argue it. Nevertheless, it seemed that at the American Music Awards, Jay was taking a shot at 50 Cent at that time. Jay no longer addresses his detractors directly anymore. It is all subliminal.

Gabrielle Union is featured in Maxim magazine’s December 2009 issue. She also talks Sex with her.
And men can learn a few things from her regarding women and sex. Here’s a few…take notes:
Women talk entirely to damn much
Gabrielle says: “When you’re in the dating phase, you tell your friends everything. Was it big? Did he know what to do with it? Is he into oral? Everything. The dissection is complete.”Women do not want to feel used after sex
Gabrielle says: Nobody wants to feel like just a vessel. You want equal participation, so it’s not ‘68 and I owe ya one.’Women love oral. Learn to “eat the box”…and enjoy it
Gabrielle says: “If it’s a choice between a man who gives flowers and a man who enjoys giving oral, most women would take the oral. And it’s free. Oral sex is recession-proof.”Being a 2 minute man isn’t impressive, Being a marathon man isn’t either…
Gabrielle says: “If both people can climax quickly, sex doesn’t need to go on for 2 hours — at some point, Law & Order is coming on! But it’s terrible if a man is 2 minutes and you’re nowhere close.”
Beanie Sigel Releases Another Freestyle Diss Track Going At Jay-Z
Speaks about Usher Taking him off song, replacing him with Jeezy.
“Back down Jigga/put my nuts on that n**as neck,” Sigel raps on the first, unnamed track.
While the first rap only contains one line about Jay-Z, the second track is sure to raise eye brows.
On the second track, Sigel issued another harsh freestyle aimed at Jay-Z, this time dropping a verse over Cypress Hill’s hit “How I Could Just Kill a Man” renaming the song “How I Could Kill Jigga Man.”
Sigel’s opening lines make use of Jay-Z’s signature battle song “Takeover,” which was originally a diss record to Jay-Z’s old nemesis, Nas and Mobb Deep.
“Take over/n***a the breaks over/fraud emcee/he Jay Hova/,” Sigel starts his verse. “Hey little soldier you aint ready for the rude boy/quick to pull the tool boy.”
“You aint gonna say nothing boy?” Sigel says at the end of the song taunting Jay-Z. “Damn, I thought you was the boy, boy. You aint nothing but a boy, boy boy. I aint gonna stop boy.”
The debut of the freestyle marks the end of a busy week for Sigel, who has been dissing his former ally, Jay Z, in various internet clips and interviews.
Next week Sigel will grace the cover of Hip-Hop Weekly. In the interview Sigel continues to air out Jay-Z, as well as his former business dealings with the former Roc-A-Fella CEO.
In the Hip-Hop Weekly interview Sigel continues to hurl insults at Jay-Z, stating that the rapper is not “a camel but he is a snake.”
Sigel also claims in the interview that Jay-Z blocked collaborations with other superstar rappers, further hindering his career.
“When I listened to Blueprint 3 it really hurt me to hear the subliminal shot on the album that Jay was taking at me, Peedi, and everyone at State Property,” Sigel said in the interview with Hip-Hop Weekly.
Beanie Sigel is currently working on an untitled album, which he says will delve into his issues with Jay Z.
Sigel is currently in negotiations to sign a deal with Jay-Z’s rival 50 Cent, who appeared on Sigel’s last single “I Go Off.”
At present time it is still unclear if Sigel’s album will be released on 50 Cent G-Unit imprint.

Rihanna told a German magazine that she is somewhat of an exhibitionist that needs a man with a lot of meat to have fun with in the sack:
I, the director of Bravo(magazine), met Rihanna today at the Hyatt Hotel in Cologne. As she came through the door of her hotel suite, she was all smiles. She welcomed me with kisses and a warm hug. RiRi looked so happy and was giggling all the time.
Bravo: Respect! Rihanna, your interview about Chris Brown was really brave. But his friends don’t agree and say that you are a liar.
Rihanna: This doesn’t shock me at all. I know these people and you know what: Up yours! I gave this interview, because I want to encourage girls who have gone through such hard times like me. I do not want to destroy Chris’ career or make mine “higher,” because this is a relieve for me. Now I look forward and I will enjoy my life.
Bravo: Your outfits are hotter then never, with a see-through blouse or half naked. Are you looking for a new man right now?
Rihanna: (laughs) I love flirting at the moment. I’m single and I’m enjoying my freedom. (If Chris read this, he will be jealous as hell)
Bravo: You are the most wanted single woman in this world right now. Don’t you get many phone calls from men who wanna go out with you?
Rihanna: No calls, because I don´t give my phone number out that often. But if I’m dating, I check the boy from the top to the bottom. (giggles)
Bravo: What does a guy have to have to impress/get you?
Rihanna: (laughs) He has to be good in bed and the size matters.
Bravo: Excuse me?
Rihanna: You got what I mean. The inner beauty counts as well, but without toy, it doesn’t make fun. Right now I don’t want to have a serious relationship
, I want to have fun.
Bravo: What’s your favorite flirt right now?
Rihanna: Well there’s this actor, his name is Jesse Williams (28), he played in “Grey´s Anatomy” and I have him in my music video for “Russian Roulette.” He’s soooo hot!
Bravo: Are your clothes always that sexy or do you like to wear casual at home?
Rihanna: (laughs) To be honest, I’m even hotter at home
, because I´m always naked there. I’m from Barbados, that’s quite normal there. My pool boy saw me naked 5 times already.
Bravo: He must be the luckiest man in the world…
Rihanna: (laughs) Yeah, at first it was so embarrassing. I always forget when he comes. I’m so confused when I have a day off, I usually sleep until noon and when I wake up, I don´t even know what day it is. But he’s used to this view now. I even told my assistant to text me when he comes: “Rihanna get dressed, the pool boy is here!”
Bravo: Are there days where you don’t feel that comfortable?
Rihanna: Yes, of course. Everyone knows that, especially we girls. Some days I just feel fat, bloated and b*tchy. Those are my “ugly days.”
Bravo: And even then you look so perfect, how is this possible?
Rihanna: I shouldn’t tell you that, but in those days, I wear something that hides my stomach, under my outfit. I feel more comfortable with it.
Bravo: You are a style icon for years, who is your style icon?
Rihanna: Cruella de Vil, the bad lady from “101 Dalmatians.” Her style is edgy, dark and hot. Exactly what I love.
Police are investigating rapper Fabolous and his connection to a luxury car stolen from an upscale hotel in Atlanta.
According to Channel 2 Action News, Atlanta police claim men in Fabolous’ entourage stole a rare 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.
The vehicle, which was one of only two brought into the United States, was taken on January 31 and was recently located by the Atlanta Police Department..
Surveillance video shows two men in Fabolous’ entourage approach a bellman at the Intercontinental, received the keys to the Lamborghini and left as if it was their property.
Fabolous and the rest of the group allegedly followed behind the Lamborghini in a minivan.
Police investigated the theft and have confirmed that Fabolous knew the men, but no charges will be filed, since the vehicle was located.
“We were informed by the Atlanta Police Department that detectives gained information regarding the location of this vehicle by promising counsel for Fabolous that if he told them where the vehicle could be found, the State would not pursue charges,” Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said in a statement. “The District Attorney was not a party to this agreement. We have never spoken with this individual or anyone connected with him, including his counsel. We were only made aware of this agreement by APD after they located the vehicle.”
Howard cited investigators attempts to violate the agreement they reached with the party who provided information that led to the recovery of the Lamborghini, by pursuing criminal charges in regards to the theft.
“After discovering the vehicle, the police, in direct contradiction to the promise that was made, asked our office to assist them with this criminal investigation by obtaining certain Grand Jury testimony,” Howard said. “To ask my office to participate after the promise was made, in my opinion, directly violates the agreement made to the party who provided the information. I believe the integrity of the promise was more important than pursuing suspects, particularly since the vehicle was located. Integrity demonstrated by prosecutors and law enforcement, is not only of utmost importance— and what the community demands— to our office it is everything.”
Meanwhile the vehicle’s owner, Eric Vargosko, is suing the Intercontinental over the loss of the Lamborghini.
“The InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta has accepted responsibility for this unfortunate incident from its inception and has always been willing to provide fair and reasonable compensation for the damages caused to the vehicle by the incident,” said Caroline Counihan in a statement to Channel 2 Action News. “We hold the safety, comfort and well-being of our guests and employees as our top priority and concern. We have taken several measures, including heightening security, so that a repeat of this incident does not happen.”
Oprah Winfrey plans to end her syndicated television show in September 2011 as she turns her attention to a new cable-television channel she plans to launch with Discovery Communications Inc.
Ms. Winfrey told her staff of her decision on Thursday, according to a person familiar with the matter. She plans to make an official announcement Friday morning on her talk show, according to a spokeswoman for Ms. Winfrey’s Chicago-based Harpo Inc.
The move is a big blow to the syndicated television market in which Ms. Winfrey has long been a juggernaut. “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” launched in syndication in 1986, averaged 6.6 million viewers in the week ended Nov. 8, according to Nielsen Co.
Local TV stations, which use Ms. Winfrey to anchor daytime hours, could smart from her move. Even as advertisers have cut budgets in the past year, Ms. Winfrey’s show has been among the few whose rates have held steady, according to one ad buyer.
“In our market, she does extremely well and always has,” said Barry Smith, director of programming and creative services for KFMB-TV, a CBS affiliate in San Diego, Calif., that is owned by Midwest Television Inc. “It’s going to be a task” to replace her, Mr. Smith added.
Ms. Winfrey’s decision also represents a hit to CBS Corp., which distributes her show in syndication. “We look forward to working with her for the next several years, and hopefully afterwards as well,” CBS said.
The loss of Ms. Winfrey’s show will be missed in particular by the book publishing industry. “It’s a blow,” said Lorraine Shanley, a partner in the consulting firm Market Partners International Inc., who earlier this week watched former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin promote her book on Ms. Winfrey’s show.
“Oprah Winfrey has supported many authors, and her book club has had a huge impact on America’s reading habits,” added Ms. Shanley. “She made Faulkner a best seller again. She also promoted an eclectic group of authors and created publishing successes for many commercial writers.”
“If it is the end of her daily talk show, we probably won’t see something else to match its overall potential impact on book sales in the broadcast arena any time soon,” said Stuart Applebaum, a spokesman for Bertelsmann AG’s Random House publishing arm. “She has an integrity and connectivity to her viewership that is unmatched by any other television broadcast personality. Happily she enjoys reading books and wants to persuade her viewership to enjoy them as much as she does. It’s not a characteristic shared by any other TV personalities with her persuasiveness.”
Ms. Winfrey is likely to turn her attention to her new television network, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, which she announced with Discovery Communications in January 2008.
The new channel is structured as a 50-50 joint venture between Ms. Winfrey and the cable programmer, which will replace its little-watched Discovery Health channel with the new offering.
“I will be involved in every single element of programming,” Ms. Winfrey said at the time.
Since then, the network’s launch has been delayed. It is now expected to launch in January of 2011, according to a person familiar with the matter. Ms. Winfrey and the network also expect to announce some plans for the new network in coming weeks, the person said.
Earlier this month, OWN named Lisa Erspamer, a veteran producer at Harpo, as its chief creative officer. Ms. Erspamer, a co-executive producer of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” since 2006, will be based at OWN’s Los Angeles headquarters, according to a press release.
In January, OWN hired former MTV president Christina Norman as chief executive. She took over from Tom Freston, a former Viacom CEO and MTV veteran who has served as a consultant for the network, according to people familiar with the situation.

As the news spreads of 50 Cent’s apparent steep sales drop for Before I Self Destruct, former protégé turned rival Game has emerged to take the credit.
In a recent interview with Complex.com to promote his forthcoming R.E.D. Album, the Game pointed to his on wax G Unit feud from 2005-2007 as what began his rivals’ “downfall.”
“It’s just Hip-Hop and I think that he’s more bitter towards me then anyone else he’s had drama with because look what I did to his brand. I killed G Unit,” Game told Complex.com. “I killed the clothes, I killed the brand, I killed Tony Yayo, Banks, and Buck at that time. Like I really f**ked up a lot of money for that dude. Not only for him but my label, Jimmy Iovine, who at this point, I’m apologetic to.”
“Me and his beef is old at this point. It’s pure comedy for me at this point. When he says something, I laugh. If I shoot a shot back it’s just a joke at this point,” The Game explained. “Nobody is going to kill each other. Nobody is gonna beat each other’s ass. I’m not gonna do none of that. So we might as well get along. We exist in Hip-Hop…We’re not f**king WWE wrestlers, we’re not boxers man, it’s just Hip-Hop. It’s just make music or don’t make music. It’s not a gang war, like he’s not a Crip and I’m a Blood, and this ain’t f**king ‘85, and I’m not gonna ride through his hood and do a drive by, like it’s not that serious.”
Instead of challenging Jay-Z the midst of his Before I Self Destruct promotion, The Game advised 50 could switch up his tactics and garner more attention with a reunion project.
“If we said tomorrow Game and 50 are coming out with an album, you know how many motherf**king antennas would go up? We could still sell a million records just off promoting it alone,” he offered. “I mean, I understand the business aspect of it. I understand that you know, he’s got a big ego. I’m just not one with it, I don’t have one. I forgive and forget and that’s life. One day you’re alive and the next day you die. So why spend it bitter and mad at the f**kin’ world, man? I don’t understand i

Moments Gucci released his first official statement since getting sentenced to 12 months in Georgia’s Fulton County Jail last Thursday (November 12) for violating his parole.
“I have accepted full responsibility for my actions and I am ready to deal with what is in front of me right now,”
“Thankfully, my label is still moving forward with my album release so I will have plenty to look forward to when I get out. I am remaining positive and want my fans to know that I am grateful for their loyalty and continued support. I will get through this.”
Gucci’s attorney, Dwight Thomas, spoke on his client’s state of mind and how the Atlanta rapper avoided getting the maximum sentence.
“In court, Mr. Davis was extremely articulate and he was remorseful for his conduct,” wrote Thomas, via statement. “He was able to convince the courts that he was not deserving of the two year prison sentence he was facing.”
Despite Gucci’s recent incarceration, Asylum/Warner Bros. Records is pressing forward with the release of Gucci’s first major album, The State vs Radric Davis, on December 8. The LP includes features from Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy, Keri Hilson, Keyshia Cole and Usher among others.
Currently behind bars, Gucci is eligible for release in six months or less for good behavior.

After his highly publicized dispute with Diddy’s Bad Boy Records and Block Entertainment earlier this year, Yung Joc has announced his official departure from contractual obligations.
According to Joc, label talks have already begun to take place.
“I just got my release and one of the terms of the release was a defamation clause, so honestly, I can’t really talk about it too much,” Joc revealed in an interview. “I’ve been released, severed the business ties. May God bless them and their regime, but I’m doing my own thing now. I’m actually in negotiations right now with a few labels. I just choose not to call out the different entities. Things are looking very good, God is very good. When I was going through this whole thing with the Bad Boy/Block situation, I didn’t know what the other side was going to be. I didn’t know if there was going to be light on the other end. I was hopeful, but it’s actually working out for the best. I ain’t mad, nobody’s mad right now, everything is good.”

50: Do you pat attention to my music, Tim?
Tim: Yes.
50: So do you know that I would respond?
Tim: Yes, I know you would. Do you think he should respond?
50: Well, that’s his personal character… his choice, his preference.
Tim: Do you think we’ll ever see a battle between you and Jay-z?
50: I’m not sure.
Tim: Would you like to see one?
50: I’m not sure, I havent really thought about it Tim.
Tim: Don’t give me a hard time, I have to ask these questions. When the Kanye vs. 50 thing happened, it was great marketing strategy. How aware are you that there could be a lot of money in a Jay-Z vs. 50 Cent battle.
50: Well, it would be great for Hip Hop. It would probably be interesting but I dont think one of us would survive it.

Gucci Mane is back behind bars. According to MTV, the Atlanta rapper was sentenced to a year in prison for violating the terms of his probation earlier yesterday (November 12).
The popular MC—whose appropriately titled album The State Vs. Radric Davis is set to drop on December 8—was handcuffed and taken into custody following a court yesterday. He will most likely only have to serve six months of his sentence, if he displays good behavior. As of press time it is unknown what terms Gucci failed to abide by to cause a judge to send him back to jail.
Gucci recently served a similar six-month stint behind bars last September after he failed to perform 600 hours of community service. During that time he earned his buzz in the streets, which led him to score several big name collaborations, including songs with the Black Eyed Peas, Mariah Carey and Mario, among others.
La Flare recently leaked a song off his upcoming disc addressing his beef with fellow Atlanta MC Young Jeezy.
50 Cent is suing popular video Web site worldstarhiphop.com.
According to fox8live.com, Fif is taking action over the site’s unauthorized usage of his image plastered across their homepage. He claims that the photo is misleading, causing many visitors to think that he owns the site.
“I got a lawsuit against WorldStar for utilizing my likeness,” the G-Unit leader said in a recent interview in Atlanta. “A lot of people felt like that was my site because they saw my face on the cover of (the Web site) for a long time.”
“I have lawyers on retainers and I have to pay them so much money anyway, so we’ll go back and forth to court until (they) can’t afford a Subway sandwich,” he continued. “It’s already too late for (them).”
50’s latest disc, Before I Self Destruct, is currently available on iTunes. The physical copy hits shelves on Monday.

Someone at the scene said… the photographer got very close to Tyson before the boxer struck him. Our guy on the scene says there’s blood on the ground and Mike was taken away in a squad car. We’re told an ambulance was dispatched at 4:39 PM to LAX — we’re told the paparazzo was transported to a local hospital.
Cops say Tyson and the photographer performed citizen’s arrests on each other. Tyson has been booked for misdemeanor battery with bail set at $20,000. The photog is also expected to be booked for misdemeanor battery.
If Tyson is prosecuted, given that he’s a former boxing champ, the charge could end up being assault with a deadly weapon.
UPDATE: Tyson’s rep says he was traveling with his 10-month old daughter when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzi — adding the boxer acted in self-defense to protect his child.

The first official music pairing of 50 Cent and Beanie Sigel called “I Go Off” will debut this Friday (November 13) on Thisis50.com.

Last week, Sigel and 50 made an appearance on Philly’s Power 99 station to explain their partnership.
Last week, Sigel and 50 made an appearance on Philly’s Power 99 station to explain their partnership.
During the interview, Sigel verified his signing with G Unit, and his intentions to continue more diss records like “Average Cat” to his former mentor Jay-Z.
“He’s a crumb. I’m putting my foot on his neck ‘til he responds. Please make a record, ‘cause a week been out dog,” Sigel stated. “Not taking nothing from Jay as an artist. All I’m saying is I ain’t gotta jog to keep up with him. Watch what I do next.”
Since the interview, there has been no official confirmation if Beanie Sigel is legally signed to G Unit Records.
At press time, neither 50 Cent or Beanie have revealed if the new “I Got Off” track will address the Jay-Z situation further.
Shaquille O’Neal’s wife Shaunie has abruptly flown to Los Angeles and filed a petition for legal separation in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Filing for separation is the first step because she’s expected to file for divorce. Rumors have been swirling that Shaq was the one messing around this time. Shaunie, the kids and Shaq all live in Florida but ex-wives or potential exes know California is a goldmine when it comes to divorce settlements. Shaunie filed legal papers on November 9 and lists “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for separation.
Shaunie pulled her kids out of school in Florida several days ago and they are with her now in L.A. She is asking for both spousal and child support — though she did not specify an amount for either.
Shaunie claims in her papers to be a resident of L.A. since November 8, 2009 — 2 days ago. The date of separation is listed as 11-9-09. The couple has 4 minor children. Shaunie wants legal and physical custody of all the kids. They have been married for 6 years, 11 months.

50 cent’s Before I Self Destruct just hit iTunes a week in advance. We’ve been waiting for this album since before “Curtis” and a lot of people have been wondering why the delay?? 50 says he wasn’t confident Interscope had their s**t together after an intense company shakeup resulting in half the staff being let go. He says things like his New Media person becoming his product manager, a job that was previously handled by 3 different people, made him nervous about the labels ability to push his record successfully in a climate where only 2 albums have gone platinum this year.
So I think that given the long and tumultuous history of beef between Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy over the years…its no surprise that Jeezy gets his snipes in whenever possible (see Rihanna featuring Jeezy “Hard, and Jeezy speaks on “24, 23″)…and you’d expect that Gucci would return the (un)favor on his new album, The State vs. Radric Davis.
So today, this snippet from one of the album’s more controversial songs, “My Own Worst Enemy,” leaked to his fan-mailing list….
Snippet: Gucci Mane “My Own Worst Enemy”
But having heard the whole song, I think folks might be surprised at what is NOT on the song. Gucci does speak on his feelings about Young Jeezy, as well as T.I….and even Tiny?

Baton Rogue, Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie has been sentenced to four years in prison for violating the terms of his probation.
The rapper, born Torrence Hatch, was to serve two-years of a ten-year suspended sentence and was placed on active supervised probation for his third offense on a marijuana possession charge.
The sentence was the result of an October 22, 2008 arrest that uncovered drugs and a gun in Baton Rogue.
When Boosie was sentenced in September, Judge Chip Moore warned the rapper to stay out of trouble and to keep away from felons, guns and trouble in general.
At a sentencing hearing yesterday (November 9), Judge Moore double the original two-year sentence to four years, because Boosie’s house arrest ankle bracelet indicated that he had violated the terms of his release several times.
As a result, Lil Boosie, 25, was sent straight to prison to begin serving his prison sentence.
The Baton Rogue, Louisiana based rapper appeared at the 2009 BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta where he spoke about his original two-year prison sentence.
“It’s just a minor setback,” Lil Boosie said. “I am not even a convicted felon and they are giving me time.”
Upon release, Lil Boosie must complete at least two years of supervised probation in order to have the gun charge dropped from his record.
Lil Boosie’s album Superbad: The Return Of Boosie Bad Azz is in stores now.
QD3’s controversial “Lil Wayne: The Carter” documentary will finally be made available to the public on Nov 17th.
We always though that Beyonce’s bodyguard Julius was putting it on here, but we had no proof until today! All those hotel rooms in far away places and no Jay Z to walk in and interrupt them? It was just too easy.
According to loyal reader, G. Brown, Beyonce and her boy toy Julius were seen leaving a Berlin hotel with red lipstick smudges on his lips!
Maybe he tried to wipe the lipstick off but didn’t get a chance to check in the mirror? What he needs to do is fire Julius and get B pregnant.

Comedian Katt Williams was arrested outside of Atlanta, Georgia overnight, following an incident that resulted in charges of burglary and criminal trespassing.
A deputy at the Coweta County jail, about 40 miles south of Atlanta, has confirmed that Williams remains in custody this morning (November 9).
No additional details about the incident were released.
The arrest comes a year after Williams was arrested in New York City on weapons charges.
Last year, Williams, was in New York for his debut performance at Carnegie Hall, which was scheduled for November 6.
In the early morning hours of that Thursday, however, NYPD officers pulled him over for driving a car without license plates.
Upon searching the car, police discovered a gun and proceeded to arrest Williams and others in his entourage.
The following week, the comedian allegedly underwent a mental health evaluation for possible hospital commitment after run-ins with city and county officials in Sumter, South Carolina.
On July 23, the New York City district attorney’s office moved to dismiss Williams’ gun charges because they could not “prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.”
The 36-year-old actor/comedian, born Micah Williams, is scheduled for an arraignment today, where a magistrate is expected to set a bond amount for his release.
FULL VIDEO!! The Rihanna and Diane Sawyer 20/20 Interview Special premiered on Friday night and let’s just say it was very candid. Rihanna spoke in detail about her side of the story and even opened up about her childhood past with domestic violence.
On what she said happened that night:
“I caught him in a lie. And he wouldn’t tell the truth … I was being more annoyed at that point in our relationship he had to lie about something so stupid. I couldn’t take that he kept lying to me. And he couldn’t take that I wouldn’t drop it. And … it was ugly.
“I was bleeding. I was swollen in my face,” she said. “So there was no way of me getting home, except for, my next option was to get out of the car and walk. Start walking in a gown, in a bloody face. So I really don’t know what my plan was. I didn’t have a plan. That whole night was not part of my plan.”
On getting back with Chris:
“I don’t have a desire at all to be with him,” she said… I can’t see how we … would get back together, but I’m also not God and I can’t predict the future.”
On whether or not she hates Chris Brown:
“I don’t hate him at all. I actually love and care about him and I’m concerned about him doing well. I want him to do well, have a great career, have a great life and grow up, and just take this as something that you had to go through to grow up and learn.”

Rapper B.G. is currently in the custody of the Orleans Parish Criminal Sherriff’s Office after being arrested in his hometown on Tuesday night (November 3), the night before he was scheduled to host an exclusive listening session for his latest project.
The former Cash Money recording artist was arrested along with two other individuals following a routine traffic stop.
According to The Times-Picayune’s website, officers from the New Orleans Police Department’s 7th District discovered three hand guns upon searching the late-model Chevrolet Tahoe in which the three were riding.
Along with the three weapons, two of which had been reported stolen, authorities also seized loaded magazines and two extended magazine clips, the police said.
Twenty-nine year-old B.G., born Christopher Dorsey, was charged with illegal carrying of a firearm, as was 28-year-old Jerod Fedison.
The one minor in the vehicle, 17-year-old Demounde Pollard, was charged with multiple drug charges, including possession of hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam.
Pollard was also charged with two counts of illegal possession of stolen firearms, and one count of illegal carrying of a weapon.
Following a first appearance hearing on Thursday (November 5), B.G. remains in custody without bond. He is next scheduled to appear in court on December 20.
The Times-Picayune reports this is the Chopper City Records CEO’s fourth arrest this year.
In June, he was arrested on a drug charge for which he is scheduled to appear in court in New Orleans next week.
He was also arrested over the summer on a Texas arrest warrant, which was dismissed a month after his arrest.
In March, B.G. was arrest on drug charges in Jefferson Parish, a suburb of New Orleans.
The charges in that case were dismissed in August.
On Wednesday (November 4), Chopper City Records hosted a private listening event during which DJs, promoters and members of the media were invited to hear his latest album, Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood.
Scheduled for a December 8 release, the album features appearances by a veritable who’s who of Louisiana artists, including Lil’ Boosie, Lil’ Wayne, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Soulja Slim and C. Murder.
Also appearing on the Chopper City Records/E-1 Music/Atlantic Records release are T.I., Young Jeezy, Trey Songz and Young Buck.
The album boasts production credits by Scott Storch, KLC, Cool & Dre, Oddz N Endz, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and more.

We got its hands on an EXPLOSIVE interview, posted on the web with Jay Z’s former friend – Brooklyn rapper Jaz O
In it, Jay’s former friend appears to be saying that Jay is involved in some kind of GAY SECRET SOCIETY. The interviewer asked Jay Z’s former friend about whether he believed that Jigga was involved in a secret society. Jaz O responded:
The secret society with Jay Z . . . he’s involved . . . but he’s involved with this sh*t . . . he’s involved in that play sh*t”
Jaz O then goes of on a bizarre rant about the Illuminati. But he ends it with the following, “The people that worshiping, that he’s kissing their ass and letting them feel him up, they don’t know sh*t.”
He gave her ass a watch! Black diamond shit! Birdman was on The Mo’Nique Show speaking on his indipentdent come-up and platinum sexual pleasures.

Yesterday, Charlamagne Tha God (Wendy Williams‘ outspoken former sidekick who got his own show) Tweeted about getting fired from the station. He (and everybody else) speculated that it had something to do with that drama filled Beanie Sigel interview a few days ago where Beans fired shots at Jay-Z. A insider chatted with a station employee who confirms:
MO: Was Charlamagne fired because of his interview with Beanie Sigel?
Person: Yes, I am %100 sure that he was let go because of his interview with Beanie Sigel.
MO: So you’re not speculating like the rest of us right now?
Person: No
MO: Why would they do that though, knowing that that interview brought high ratings?
Person: You have to understand as I’m very sure that he already does, the station has to maintain an amicable relationship with Jay-Z and his camp because this man is the biggest rapper in the game right now. Infact, he’s not really even a rapper anymore. He’s a business. So you can’t risk ruining a relationship like that just to draw ratings. A radio personality can always be replaced and with the proper set-up, put in a position to succeed. It’s better for the station to replace that person than ruin a relationship with someone who has been on top of the game for years now.
MO: So you are saying that you are really %100 sure that Charlamagne was fired because of his interview with Beanie Sigel?
Person: Yes. I can’t really go into the particulars but that’s what I was told. Is it foul? Yes. This is the business that we are in though.
MO: Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with us.
RiRi finally speaks out on her domestic abuse situation to Glamour.
Glamour: Let’s first talk about life before you made it: You are one of the few pop stars in recent years to come from the islands.
Rihanna: I would have never dreamed that my career would be this successful. I grew up in an average home in Barbados, and we didn’t live in the best neighborhood. But I was never aware that we were poor; my mom never made us feel that way. She loved me unconditionally. She made us feel anything was possible and instilled in me such confidence.
Glamour: Did you sing a lot as a kid?
Rihanna: Always—in the shower, to pillows and stuffed animals, my cousins. But I knew I wanted my music to be heard worldwide. That was my dream. I was able to make demos whenever I had vacation time, but my mom always said, “You are not stopping school until you get signed.” And even when I got signed, she still made me go to school.
Glamour: You auditioned for Jay-Z at Def Jam. What was that like?
Rihanna: I was nervous as hell. The night before, I couldn’t sleep. I was trying on a million different outfits and makeup. I remember seeing Jay-Z and starting to shake. I thought he would be in a suit, sitting behind a desk with a cigar. But he was totally chill, wearing sneakers and a T-shirt. Then I went into audition mode. I knew it was all or nothing. Right away, the Def Jam people said, “You can’t leave the building.” They closed the door, and the lawyers stayed until 1:00 or 2:00 A.M. to do the deal.
Glamour: That literally is the definition of overnight success!
Rihanna: In a matter of weeks, the first single went to radio. Then we shot a video, and the song just took off. I was in the Top 10 with huge artists who I looked up to. Jay-Z kept telling me, “This never happens, so don’t get used to it.” I saw how special that moment was.
Glamour: What’s the most valuable piece of advice Jay-Z’s ever given you?
Rihanna: In the beginning of my career, he said, “You must be a good person, because good things are happening for you, but you have to stay humble.” One thing that intrigued me about him was that he was such a huge artist and really down-to-earth. I felt like if he was saying this, it must work.
Glamour: Let’s talk about this past year—you’ve obviously been through some difficult things. How did the people around you help you cope?
Rihanna: My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me. But at some point you are there alone. It’s a lonely place to be—no one can understand. That’s when you get close to God.
Glamour: Are you referring to the incident?
Rihanna: I am talking about starting with the night the Grammys and then on. That was not the only thing that occurred this year. The picture leaking…it was one thing after another.
Glamour: You’re talking about the photo that was allegedly leaked by cops. You handled that so well; you kept silent in the press.
Rihanna: It was humiliating; that is not a photo you would show to anybody. I felt completely taken advantage of. I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it’s my life. I was disappointed, especially when I found out the photo was two women.
Glamour: How has this event changed you as a person, as a woman?
Rihanna: I’m stronger, wiser and more aware. You don’t realize how much your decisions affect people you don’t even know, like fans.
Glamour: Do you think you’ve gotten your strength from your mom?
Rihanna: Definitely. My mom gave us the tools to survive…. My parents separated when I was eight or nine. I helped her raise my brother, because my mom
was working all the time. He’s my favorite.
Glamour: Do you feel that this experience has laid the groundwork for coping with anything so public again?
Rihanna: It has taught me so much. I felt like I went to sleep as Rihanna and woke up as Britney Spears. That was the level of media chaos that happened the next day. It was like, What, there are helicopters circling my house? There are 100 people in my cul-de-sac? What do you mean, I can’t go back home?
Glamour: If you could offer a message to the millions of young women who look up to you, what would you tell someone who found herself in a similar situation?
Rihanna: Domestic violence is a big secret. No kid goes around and lets people know their parents fight. Teenage girls can’t tell their parents that their boyfriend beat them up. You don’t dare let your neighbor know that you fight. It’s one of the things we will hide, because it’s embarrassing. My story was broadcast all over the world for people to see, and they have followed every step of my recovery. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard. Now I can help speak for those women.
Glamour: I think that’s a great message. What about your new album? What’s it like?
Rihanna: I was involved in a lot of the writing. I put everything I’ve wanted to say for the past eight months into my music. The songs are really personal. It’s rock ‘n’ roll, but it’s really hip-hop: If Lil’ Wayne and Kings of Leon like my album, then I’ll feel good. I would not change anything about it. Even if people don’t love it, I made exactly the piece of art that I wanted to make. It’s super fearless—which is exactly how I feel right now. I am in a really good place.
Glamour: Justin Timberlake said it sounds a little more grown-up—do you agree with that comment?
Rihanna: I agree. I have grown up a lot since my last album. It exactly where I am at right now.
Glamour: Jay-Z once said that your challenge as an artist was going to be to make people relate to you as a human being. What do you think he meant by that?
Rihanna: Before, there was an innocence to me. It was a perfect image. So the minute I did something imperfect, it was a big deal. I think that’s what he was referring to
: People forget that after we get to our hotel rooms at night, we take a shower, we watch TV, eat room service and do normal things. Behind it all, we are still human beings.
Glamour: Now let’s talk about your success in the world of fashion: You have become a fashion icon practically overnight. What does it mean to you as a performer, as a creative person, as a way to celebrate who you are?
Rihanna: Fashion for me is another way I get to express myself creatively. It is one of the fun things I get to do: to play dress-up, and create outfits and looks that aren’t typical. I am an artist, so I like creating things. Shoes are my favorite thing.
Glamour: OK, so how many pairs do you own?
Rihanna: Too damn many!
Glamour: Your look has evolved from the beginning of your career.
Rihanna: In the first two years of my career, there were a lot of restraints on what I could do. I couldn’t wear certain colors of lipstick, like bright pink, dark pink or red; had to be natural. Eventually, I stopped communicating with certain people at the label, and did exactly what I wanted to do. And that was to cut my hair, dye it black, change my clothes, change my sound. Really to just express myself.
Glamour: Let’s talk about that famous hair of yours. Your cut now is even called “The Rihanna” in salons!
Rihanna: Yeah, we cut it into a bob for the cover shoot, but then I went even shorter for the NRJ Music Awards . My hairdresser just said, “I don’t feel like doing your hair anymore—I want to cut it.” I was like, Finally!
Glamour: On to your charity work: What in your own life inspired you to start the Believe Foundation?
Rihanna: I have always loved kids. They are little adults with so much personality, and it is fun to work with that. Whether that means donating school supplies or medication, or to get them a bone marrow transplant, I want to help.
Glamour: You actually helped a young girl and a mother of two, both of whom were suffering from leukemia, find bone marrow matches for transplants. How did that happen?
Rihanna: My manager sent me a video this little girl did for her best friend. It shows them playing, and then Isabelle says to the camera, “This is my friend Jasmina, and here’s how you can help her: Swab your mouth for DNA, and put it into an envelope.” They were both adopted and have the best bond—they are inseparable. The video made you fall in love with both of them. I was like, I have to help her. So I did a bunch of events to raise awareness. Just when we thought we were not going to find a donor, we found one. The other woman, Lisa, is a mother of two who was diagnosed with leukemia and was going to die if she didn’t get a bone marrow transplant. I knew she could not leave her two kids; that’s all that was going through my head. So we said a lot of prayers, sent out press releases and did events in order to get the word out. Her transplant was successful. She was in a lot of pain, but she was so strong and determined.
Glamour: Wow, that’s amazing. So here you are, only 21, and you have already accomplished so much. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Rihanna: So much has happened in the past five years, I can’t speak for the next five. What I want is to continue to grow. Because I am never satisfied; I always want more. I always want to get better. I always want to climb another step.
Glamour: Is it too early for you to think, I want to be in love, I want to have a family? Is that too far down the road?
Rihanna: I hope I find love in the next 10 years—that will be pretty annoying if I am 31 and still have never been in love! But yeah, I’d like to be in a great place in both my personal life and my career. I still want to be doing what I love. Whatever that is in 10 years, I don’t know.
Glamour: Well, congratulations on being a Woman of the Year!
Rihanna: It is an honor. The women who are being honored are all such great inspirations to me. I look up to them.
Jay-Z is preparing for life after rap … as a DJ. He says
“I’ve got a whole plan. I’m gonna get me a little Serato set, some DJ software. I’m gonna work on that for six months, then I’m gonna find out which DJ makes the most and charge double and tour”.
And of course he’s got to do it big…
“I’m gonna have video behind me and dancers I’m gonna have people just go out and pour champagne when I get to a certain song. I’m going to make a whole show of this thing.”
So if your interested in having DJ Hov at your wedding or bar mitzvah you better “book early, because the prices will be a little better because when I get good, I’m really going to go for it.”
