Tameka Foster is telling friends that Usher refuses to sign the divorce papers. Why would he do that?

I think the public is getting very wary of these publicity stunts — if in fact that’s what this is. We know that Usher has moved on with his life because our NY sources tell us that he and lady love Grace Miguel are practically inseparable.

But he does have an album coming out and judging from that first single released yesterday, it needs all the promo it can get.

Usher was busy singing about “Papers” this week, but when it came to signing his own divorce papers, he isn’t ready to let his boo go just yet.

Usher is reportedly delaying the divorce process by not singing off on the papers.

“Tameka thinks that it’s ironic that Papers is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce,” the source told.

“The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she’s the one that wants to move on with her life.”

The couple has reportedly been separated for over a year now, so why the delay in the divorce? Is Usher having a change of heart? Stay tuned to find out more!

Usher and Tameka Raymond saga is all but over now. The former couple have agreed on the terms of the divorce and have signed onto a divorce settlement agreement.

How’d it happen so quickly, you ask? Well, Usher had an iron-clad prenup and there wasn’t much dispute on how much he owed.

“We had been campaigning all day, all over the place, and I kind of look around and I’m like, ‘Oooh, let me eat this candy bar or whatever. “And we both look at it, and I’m like, ‘You’re not gonna eat that, are you?’ and he’s like, ‘You’re not gonna eat it, are you?’ I’m like, ‘Well, I’m gonna eat it if you don’t.’ So I grab and I tear it open – I took the man’s meal.”

I’m sure all moms can relate to this: I just got word that Usher and Tameka Foster-Raymond’s new baby boy was born premature.

The baby, named Naviyd Ely Raymond, is Usher Raymond’s 2nd and the 6th son for Tameka.

The tyke weighed almost 5 lbs at birth, but he is healthy according to one of Tameka’s close friends who got her permission to email me.

The couple is truly blessed. Some of you may recall that rapper Xzibit’s premature son passed away earlier this year.
