Birdman Claims Lil Wayne is Number 1 Rapper and Makes More Money Than Jay Z

Lil Wayne’s father Birdman claims that Jay Z can’t be the number one rapper. Why??? Because according to Birdman, he doesn’t have as much money as Lil Wayne.
