THERE will be plenty of laughs in Washington, DC, next month. Comedian Dave Chappelle is invited to entertain guests at various events celebrating Barack Obama’s inauguration. We’re told he has been practicing his punch lines at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles. Chappelle said: “The economy is so bad, terrorists are bombing their own countries because they can’t afford to come here.”
