Fashion Recap: 2012 Capsule Show Hits New York City

Twice a year, one of our favorite trade shows, Capsule, hits the town and always presents the most exciting brands for the upcoming year. They consistently round up the collections of groundbreaking fashion designers and spotlight the best of their collections. And once again, they didn’t disappoint. This year we were really feeling Miansai Jewerly, Mark McNairy, and Yuketen. After the jump, check out some of our favorite products from Capsule 2012.

Favorites at Capsule:

Miansai Jewerly – Miansai is the perfect brand if you’re looking to step up your accessory game. Their S/S ‘12 collection features an assortment of hook bracelets made of rope and leather, available in a variety of vibrant and subtle colors.

Mark McNairy – While McNairy’s A/W ‘12 footwear collection received a remarkable reception at Pitti this past week, McNairy’s collection at Capsule was highlighted around his camo printed garments. Most notably, he continues the ongoing camo trend and presents a unique digi-camo printed pant.

Yuketen – In the midst of boot season, we can’t wait until Yuketen makes their next collection available for purchase. Using premium tonal colors, the American brand mixes it up with wingtip patterns and contrasting soles for their next collection of boots.
