Jay-Z toasted his Budweiser Made in America show on the Philly steps Sylvester Stallone triumphantly scaled in “Rocky.” Following a performance with surprise guests Kanye West, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Common, Memphis Bleek and Freeway, the Brooklyn rapper headed to a bash on the stairs fronting the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He was seen in a private tent with Beyoncé, Aziz Ansari and Ron Howard, unveiling a new champagne and cognac cocktail dubbed the “Ace X D’Usse.”
