Word is… Nivea just gave birth to her to Lil Wayne’s fourth child. Instead of him enjoying this moment with Nivea, he was up in Primal Nightclub in Atlanta partying it up with Shanell, D. Woods’ sister and Drizzy Drizzel Drake.
