After plotting to dodge a court-ordered paternity test last year, and his court case catching up to him, sources say the “Love & Hip Hop: NY” star was just arrested over his failure to comply with the DNA test over his alleged 12 year-old daughter, Christie.
According to MTE, 41 year-old Rich Dollaz, whose real name is Richard Ashton Trowers, was arrested in Memphis and booked into Shelby County Jail after trying to enter the state under a fake name and failure to comply with a court order.
Rich Dollaz from Love and Hip Hop New York has just been taken to jail for not paying child support for one of his 13 baby Mama’s Rich Dollaz was in Memphis to be a guest judge for Jsoyk showcase event for unsigned artist. When the Memphis police ask him are you Rich Dollaz? He said yes, and the Po Po put the iron bracelets and took him to the lock up.
Hopefully they were recording love and hip, would be great for the show. No Bond has been set yet. I’m sure he’s gonna have to pay a hefty child support fee to baby mom before they let him out. Again he got 13 kids, and may have just got married or engaged to Erica Mena. Oh be on the look out for the video, he was doing a interview when the police came and arrested him. Dollaz baby mama, Chaundrea Nicolle, had this to say about the situation:
“First off, I am highly livid that he had the audacity to contact you all and lie like he has. Attached you will find a text from him saying that he did not want a dna test and I’ve offered a dna test and he said that he knew our daughter was his. Also you will see texts from how disrespectful he is to our daughter. The droid texts are me, the other phone is texts to my daughter. Devastated, because he is trying to destroy me and he can not.
He does not know what’s going on with me and is trying to defame my character. All the information in that article is incorrect. Richard’s father is more involved than he has ever been. In fact when she was two, we went to Atlanta to visit but lost contact with them until she did her video reaching out to her father and he had it taken down.
This is a simple plot to try to cause me problems AGAIN! He is crazy.
In fact he has been falsifying his information for years. His age, his education, etc…He is a fraud and him posting that story is another attempt at trying to defame my character.
What he doesn’t care about is our daughter who will see this lie he posted and how it would make her feel. He really needs a hobby. He is known for arguing with females and keeping up drama. He is evil and his character is bitter and selfish. I’m just setting the record straight but he really needs to get a life because he doesn’t know what I’m doing. He’s nothing but a liar. I am a single parent who takes care of her children very well. For him to give you this false information just because he wants to make me look “bad” is desperate and pathetic. The thing is ultimately it hurts our daughter. He need to leave the show stuff and our daughter separate.
I am in the entertainment business just as he is and I guess he doesn’t like that for whatever reason. I hold my own so he’s picked the right wrong one to play with!”
The thing that is the saddest is that this little girl's mother is the one who put the drama in the press and went public. Dollaz may be a deadbeat dad, but the FACT is, he is not the one who made this public. Bossip reported that he was in contact with his daughter but her mother makes it almost impossible for him to have a relationship with her. She has poisoned her daughter about him. Doesn't she know that her little girl. who she claims to love so much, is going to see this. If she thinks he is so despicable, why does she want him in her life I would not want him in my childlren's life if I felt that way about him. My son's father was a professional thief and I kept my son as far away from him as I could. When he gets older the choice could be his but as his mother, it is my responsibility to protect him even from his father if I think it would not be health. I tend to agree with the blogs that say this has nothing to do with the relationship. It's about money and fame. Let's keep this real.
Jamie I must say you are wrong. I am apart of this little girl’s life as a family member and when a child wants to know and meet their father it is the mother’s job to make that happen. You can’t believe everything you hear or read on the internet so I must say when you make a comment about something first you have to know all the real facts and then post your opinion. This is not about money or fame because we have been raising her and she wants for nothing this is about a 13 year old child that has told us she wants to meet her father. I know the track record of it all from day one when he disappeared when she was almost one month old. I have never met him but some of the things he does as this goes on makes me second guess him getting to know her. If this guy did not have money it is her mom’s responsibility to find her father and let him know his child wants to meet him. All Rich has to do is meet his daughter and get to know her and if he wants take a paternity test. The money is not what is important here. Believe me you are wrong with the posts you put on her she is not poisoned about her father and she will be protected from anyone that we know should not be in her life. I don’t understand why everyone thinks money is the motive. This is a case that has been going on since this child was born and he was living here in college with nothing and then all of a sudden he disappeared. He had nothing back then but when the authorities track you down no matter what you have it is time to answer to whatever you have been running from.
