Haitian Rapper Wyclef Jean is still hurt by soul singer Lauryn Hill lying about her first son being his, when the child’s biological father was Rohan Marley.
Jean addressed the issues, and why he’s still in a bad head space since the incident in his new tell-all biopic titled ‘Purpose.’
the 42 year-old rapper had this to say:
“In that moment something died between us. I was married and Lauryn and I had an affair, where she led me to believe that her first born son was mine.. I couldn’t forgive that.”
“I just couldn’t have her as my muse. Because our love spell was broken.”
The singers autobiography comes out tomorrow September 18, exposing juicy details on their love affair and betrayal that ended their relationship in 1997.
Also there was many speculations of the duo set to perform at the 2010 Ragamuffin Festival in Rotorua, New Zealand on January 23rd. Where their performance together comes a midst of new reports that Wyclef hopes for a possible Fugees reunion.
