South African Woman Stabbed and Stone For Being Gay
In 2006, a South African woman was stabbed and stoned to death by a group of men for being gay. Reportedly, she got into an argument at a pub, where she was denied access a restroom for being a “tomboy.” She was then followed from the pub and killed a short distance before her home.
